Donna is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Digital Services Practice with a proven track record of leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary services organizations across the ERP and cloud software landscape. With full P&L ownership for teams of up to 55 professionals, Donna has built and scaled service delivery functions spanning professional services, managed services, custom development, help desk, and customer success.
Donna excels at standardizing delivery methodologies, designing repeatable playbooks, and driving operational visibility through data and analytics, including AI-driven focus. She is recognized for forging strong executive relationships, particularly with CFOs and CIOs, within PE-backed and enterprise client organizations, consistently earning top client satisfaction scores and expanding client portfolios through strategic advisory and upsell initiatives. Her early career in finance and operations provided hands-on experience with multi-entity financial consolidations, GAAP/SOX compliance, and ERP systems leadership, equipping her with deep financial and analytical acumen that continues to inform her approach to services delivery.
Previously, Donna was a NetSuite practice director at an IT consulting company and had spent eight years at Oracle NetSuite, where she built the Advanced Revenue Management and multibook practices, and most recently led the NetSuite practice at a global alliance partner before joining Citrin Cooperman.

Donna enjoys spending time with her family and her husky. She loves to travel and attends drag racing events where her husband, son, and friends compete. She also enjoys movies and reading, both to learn and to relax.
