Experience
Eric is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s IT team. He is a product-focused technology leader with nearly a decade of experience building AI-native systems, modernizing enterprise platforms, and scaling engineering organizations across startups, growth-stage companies, and publicly traded enterprises. He is recognized for pairing deep technical expertise with sharp business judgment, consistently turning emerging technology into measurable outcomes and delivering multi-million-dollar efficiencies through applied artificial intelligence.
Eric’s work centers on applied AI and large language model systems, technical product strategy, cloud architecture, and engineering operations. His industry experience spans residential and commercial real estate technology, cloud infrastructure, and financial technology. He has managed AI systems operating at significant production scale, launched enterprise AI assistants serving tens of thousands of users, and architected mission-critical payment and transaction-processing platforms for publicly traded enterprises. A polyglot technologist fluent across both major and independent cloud providers, Eric is an avid practitioner of agentic coding and currently works primarily with Cursor and Claude Opus 4.7. He is a strong believer that it has never been more important for technologists to stay directly hands-on with the craft.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Eric built his career at the intersection of startup velocity and enterprise scale. He has fostered the growth of engineering organizations from the ground up, led modernization initiatives at public companies, and been recruited into senior leadership roles at both private equity-backed and publicly traded enterprises, where he has driven AI-led transformation across mission-critical systems.
