Eric is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Practice, focusing on life sciences companies. He brings over 18 years of accounting and finance experience to the firm.

Eric offers guidance to clients on a variety of operational, budgeting, and forecasting matters, such as budget-to-actuals with detailed explanations, initial public offering (IPO) prep, audit prep, cap table modeling, NetSuite implementations and data migrations from QuickBooks, and procurement system implementations. Many of the companies Eric works with are now at the clinical trial stage, and several have gone on to go public or be acquired.

Previously, Eric was a managing director Browne Consulting, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. Over the course of more than seven years with Browne Consulting, he progressed through several roles, including controller, senior controller, director, and ultimately managing director. Prior to that, Eric was an audit manager at a regional accounting firm, working with a variety of clients across industries, and an auditor at a firm in Boston, MA, focusing on life sciences companies.
