Greg is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. Over the course of his career, Greg has gained extensive experience serving individuals, partnerships, and privately held corporations across a variety of industries, including the real estate, finance, and professional services sectors.
His expertise includes federal and state tax planning and consulting for owners and key executives, and he represents taxpayers in front of the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities. Greg specializes in tax planning and compliance strategies for multi-state businesses, investment companies, and real estate entities. He also helps clients with sales, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation planning.
Previously, Greg was a director, the head of compliance and quality control of the tax department, and a member of the executive board at Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.
