Gregg Wirtschoreck is a partner in the firm’s Chicago, IL office and works closely with a variety of clients operating as privately owned manufacturing, construction contracting, real estate investment funds, and management enterprises, as well as not-for-profit organizations.

Gregg has extensive experience managing and reviewing audit, review, and compilation engagements, as well as handling all phases of federal, state, and local tax audits, including HUD audits and analysis. He has extensive experience with due diligence and consulting for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of a variety of companies and their assets, including manufacturing and construction entities. Gregg provides forecasting and budgeting for debt and equity procurement for real estate, manufacturing, construction, and retail enterprises.

Gregg works with his real estate development and manufacturing clients in structuring their business entities and transactions as well as providing lease analysis and review for commercial property managers. Gregg is versed in the analysis and procurement of debt and equity arrangements for manufacturing, construction, real estate development, and retail companies.

Previously, Gregg was an audit and consulting partner at Shepard Schwartz & Harris LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022.
