Hisham is a managing director at Citrin Cooperman, bringing over 25 years of experience leading large-scale technology and business transformations across private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026 to drive the firm's AI strategy and transformation agenda across its service lines and operations.

Hisham has spent the majority of his career embedded within the private equity ecosystem, most notably serving for 18 years in the industry. Throughout his tenure, he has operated both within firms and across their global portfolios, working with companies spanning multiple industries and sectors to drive transformational change. In these roles, he led complex transformations spanning the front, middle and back office, modernizing how firms operate, leverage technology and scale their businesses. He led one of the most significant operational transformations in his previous organization, fundamentally reshaping how it functioned and integrated technology across its enterprise. He has deep expertise in AI strategy, enterprise technology, operational transformation and change management, with a track record of translating strategic vision into measurable business outcomes.
