Jessica (Jes) is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s IT team and an operations and technology specialist with more than a decade of experience turning complex, cross-functional programs into measurable results. She specializes in building structures that allows organizations to move with purpose — standing up PMO functions, leading enterprise system implementations, managing budgets, and guiding teams through transformations. She brings a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a track record of delivery on time, on budget, and with executive stakeholders fully aligned.

Jes's previously led customer success and operations organizations where she rebuilt team structures, redesigned customer journeys, and drove measurable improvements in retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Earlier in her career, she held program and training leadership roles where she developed her foundation in project governance, change management, and organizational development.
