Jessica Garber is a partner in the firm’s New York City office with over ten years of experience providing assurance and attestation, business consulting, accounting advisory, and tax services to clients. Jessica works with clients in a variety of industries, with a primary focus on the real estate industry.

As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, Jessica spends the majority of her time working with private equity real estate firms, family offices, owners, operators, and developers. In addition to compliance work, she has experience providing outsourced accounting functions to clients and advising clients on real estate investment trust (“REIT”) compliance, tax planning, and waterfall projections. Jessica also spends time servicing clients in the hospitality and technology industries. She relies on her attention to detail and ability to prioritize risk to assist her clients in all facets of their business.
