Joseph is a partner and serves as the regional Audit Practice leader for Southern California and market managing partner for Los Angeles, CA, where he oversees regional strategy, client service quality, and growth initiatives in close collaboration with cross functional leaders across the geography.

Joseph leads complex, middle-market engagements, guiding commercial companies through first-year audits, private equity transactions, carveouts, technical accounting, and valuation related considerations. He is known for a hands-on, relationship driven approach that emphasizes planning, transparent communication, and practical solutions that align with each client’s goals. On multidisciplinary projects, he coordinates seamlessly with tax, valuation, cybersecurity, and consulting specialists to streamline processes and elevate financial reporting quality.

Deeply engaged in the Southern California business community, Joseph cultivates strategic relationships with private equity sponsors, lenders, investment bankers, and legal advisors—connecting clients to the right resources at the right time.
