Jordan is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice with more than 15 years of public accounting and transaction advisory experience. He works with private equity investors, strategic acquirers, and founder-led businesses through critical transaction events, helping them understand financial performance, identify key risks, and make informed investment decisions. Jordan specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a range of industries, with particular depth in technology, software, and other middle-market businesses.

Throughout his career, Jordan has led financial due diligence engagements on transactions ranging from $15 million to more than $1 billion in enterprise value. His experience includes platform and add-on acquisitions, carve-outs, recapitalizations, and founder-led sale processes. He helps clients evaluate earnings quality, working capital, debt-related considerations, and key value drivers while providing insight into recurring revenue models, revenue recognition, and EBITDA adjustments that can impact deal value and negotiations.

Known for his practical, hands-on approach, Jordan works closely with investors, management teams, and business owners to anticipate potential deal challenges, prepare for buyer scrutiny, and articulate the factors that drive enterprise value. Whether supporting an acquisition, investment, or sale process, he combines technical expertise with commercial insight to help clients navigate complex deals with confidence. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, he served as a managing director at a global professional services firm, where he helped develop industry-focused diligence methodologies and training programs.
