Joe is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Digital Services Practice. He is an experienced technology consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations turn business goals into scalable solutions. For the past seven years, he has specialized in Salesforce strategy and architecture, guiding clients through enterprise CRM strategy and implementation.
Joe provides digital strategy, solution architecture, and business automation services to clients in the retail, entertainment, and banking industries. He specializes in designing scalable Salesforce solutions that connect technology investment to business outcomes and works closely with client teams to develop product roadmaps and deliver successful implementations. As a forward deployed engineer practitioner, Joe embeds directly with clients to implement AI tools, helping organizations move from early experimentation to practical, production-ready use. He is certified across the Salesforce platform, with 22 certifications spanning AI, data and integration architecture, and sales, service, and marketing solutions.
Previously, Joe worked as a principal consultant and solution architect at Rosetree Solutions, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. He began his Salesforce consulting career at a multi-cloud consulting services firm in the greater Atlanta, GA, area.
