Josh is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Practice, focusing on life sciences companies. He brings over 10 years of experience to the firm.

Josh offers guidance to clients on various operational accounting matters, including cash management, budgeting, systems implementation, and year-end financial reporting. His expertise also extends to managing cap tables, and he has trained other accountants on the topic.

Previously, Josh worked as a director at Browne Consulting, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. Previously, he worked at a Big Four accounting firm in financial services assurance, where he supported large mutual funds as well as smaller hedge funds and private equity funds. Afterward, he moved on to a private equity firm, where he managed high-net-worth tax returns and the founder’s finances. He also worked on six different private equity funds as a senior fund accountant, creating quarterly financial statements and cap statements for investors, year-end tax reporting for partnerships, and K-1s.
