Joshua is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. He is adept at assisting business owners, executives, and families and takes a proactive approach, bringing new ideas, staying on top of law changes, and providing timely guidance.

Joshua is very familiar with C Corporation, S Corporation, and partnership tax rules and serves clients in a variety of industries, including professional services firms, manufacturing and distribution companies, and real estate businesses. He also works with many organizations that have foreign operations (inbound and outbound) and is well versed with the complex tax rules involved with planning and reporting.

Additionally, Joshua specializes in equity compensation and has helped assist many executives in navigating through the varying forms of compensation (RSUs, options, ESPPs, etc.). He also has worked with clients through various mergers and acquisitions and understands how to plan effectively for these events and how they affect these types of compensation.

Previously, Joshua was a senior tax manager at Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.
