Kate has over a decade of experience in state and local tax imparting deep knowledge, with a strong focus on state income tax compliance and consulting for pass-through businesses. She works across a variety of industries, with particular emphasis on partnerships and S corporations, offering tailored guidance that blends insight with everyday application. Her ability to simplify complex tax structures and provide actionable insights sets her apart as a business insight resource.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Kate served several roles at national and regional public accounting firms. Most recently she was the State Income Tax Compliance Practice co-leader for a national accounting firm.
