Logan is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s National Tax Office based out of the New England region. He has over 10 years of experience in international tax.
Logan provides U.S. cross border tax guidance across sectors. He has significant experience on both outbound and inbound issues, including cross border M&A, tax attribute planning (and management), earnings repatriation, managing U.S. trade or business and effectively connected income exposure, and the Foreign Investment in Real Property Act. In addition, Logan offers guidance on tax policy and controversy.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Logan worked at other tax advisory and public accounting firms. In addition, Logan spent nearly four years at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (International) where he authored guidance, formulated policy, and assisted on complex litigation matters.
