Mark Soslow is a partner with over 25 years of experience servicing businesses and high-net-worth individuals. He provides tax consulting and compliance services with an emphasis on serving clients in the financial services community.

Mark has expertise in examining the potential ramifications of tax benefits and tax consequences and how they might impact both entities and the owners of those entities and inform tax structuring and planning. Mark works with start-ups as well as established entities including fund of funds, master/feeder structures, offshore entities, private equity funds, and other complex structures, and advises on opportunities for the use of special purpose vehicles.

He also offers businesses guidance on how to effectively structure management companies and general partner entities. Additionally, Mark works closely with the partners to maximize the tax opportunities inherent in the interplay between their business and their personal tax situations, including estate planning, trusts, foundations, and other planning vehicles.  

Mark was a principal at Untracht Early until it joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022.
