Matt has a proven record of designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide security initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience and produce measurable outcomes. As a committed security champion, Matt brings a passion for elevating awareness and driving meaningful end‑user engagement. Matt’s 26-year career began in telecommunications before he transitioned into healthcare in 2012. He specializes in identity and access management, as well as governance, risk and compliance. He holds certifications in information security management, information security audit, and healthcare information security leadership.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Matt served as interim chief information security officer for a healthcare organization, where he built and developed the identity, access, and compliance programs.
