Michelle is a partner bringing more than 20 years of experience delivering professional services to middle-market private companies. She has expertise in audits and reviews of financial statements, employee benefit plan audits, and providing guidance in the areas of strategic planning, change enablement, and operational excellence.

Michelle has extensive experience helping clients achieve their business goals across a range of industries, including manufacturing, not-for-profit, and professional services.

Previously, Michelle was a director and head of the audit and assurance services group at Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025. In this role, she oversaw the operations and led strategies for more effective service delivery, process enhancements, and growth. Prior to that, Michelle spent over 20 years at a global accounting firm implementing strategies to reduce cost of delivery, improve quality, and develop high performers.
