Omolara is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Practice, focusing on life science companies. She brings over 16 years of accounting and finance experience to the firm.

Omolara offers guidance to clients on a variety of operational accounting matters, including but not limited to audit preparation and support, cap table modeling, management financial reporting, preparing budgets, and long-range forecasts. She has supported clients across the startup lifecycle, from seed stage to initial public offering (IPO), with several ultimately acquired by a global medicine company. Omolara also has a particular interest in continuing professional education for accountants and has designed, developed, or otherwise overseen dozens of training sessions focused on providing high-quality accounting and finance support to life sciences startups.

Previously, Omolara was a managing director for over four years at Browne Consulting, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026., Prior to that, Omolara was an experienced audit senior manager at a Big Four accounting firm for over 10 years, working with clients in financial services, healthcare, and not-for-profit industries.
