Paddy is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice, bringing more than 20 years of experience guiding private equity firms, founders, and strategic acquirers through every stage of the transaction lifecycle. Paddy has worked both buy- and sell-side and offered guidance on over 400 transactions ranging from founder-led exits to multibillion-dollar platform investments.

He has broad industry experience, with recent specialization in multi-unit (retail and restaurant), consumer and franchise businesses. His transaction expertise includes analysis of quality of earnings, working capital requirements, identification of key deal issues and risk areas, and evaluation of purchase agreements, including the use of advanced data analytics. Known for his ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insight, he combines Big Four technical depth with commercial pragmatism.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Paddy held leadership roles as managing director at a global financial and risk advisory firm, as national industry lead at a Top 10 audit, tax, and consulting firm, and 15 years of Big Four transaction experience before that. In this time, he has lived and worked in the U.S., U.K., and Middle East.
