Scott is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice with over 25 years of experience in public accounting, working with corporations, privately held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. His experience covers a wide range of industries, and he enjoys helping clients with complex tax issues and tax planning opportunities.
While working with clients, Scott offers guidance in a variety of areas, such as multi-state income tax compliance, complex partnership issues, tax law changes and related planning opportunities, R&D tax credits, and mergers and acquisitions.
Previously, Scott was a partner at LitmanGerson Associates, LLP (LGA), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026.
