EXPERIENCE

Sean is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s National Tax Office and serves as leader for the Transfer Pricing and Value Chain Optimization Practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in transfer pricing, global trade, and value chain optimization.

Sean's primary focus is bringing a harmonized approach to building tax efficient operating models that are also optimized from a global trade perspective.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Sean was the Transfer Pricing (TP) and Value Chain Optimization (VCO) market leader for a professional services firm's tax practice for two years. Prior to that, he spent 22 years with a Big Four accounting firm, where he most recently served as a senior TP and VCO partner in the firm’s New York City Practice. Before arriving in New York, he was the firm’s US TP and VCO leader for EMEIA based in London, England. Sean also built and led a market dominant TP and VCO practice for that firm’s Carolinas market, based out of Charlotte, NC.
