Shannon is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. She is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in entity level tax compliance services, multi-state taxation, income tax accounting matters, and consults on U.S. federal and state tax minimization strategies for her clients.

She has served clients in manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer, wholesale and luxury goods, technology, commercial real estate, architecture, and food and beverage industries. Shannon works closely with clients to help navigate the complex world of taxation by offering valuable insights, continuous support and delivering excellent client service.

Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Shannon worked as a tax manager at a family-owned real estate development and construction company in Livingston, NJ.
