Sheena is a managing director for the firm’s Private Client Services Practice.

Sheena has significant experience in providing tax planning and compliance services to closely held and family operated businesses in a variety of industries including entertainment, design and architecture, food and hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, retail, technology, healthcare, investment, real estate, and software. Sheena also has extensive experience assisting collegiate and professional athletes navigate the various tax implications of their sports careers and providing them with strategic planning solutions to mitigate tax liabilities.

As a multistate tax specialist, Sheena assists clients with determining state individual and corporate income tax exposure and provides strategies to minimize compliance risk and state tax burdens She also provides international tax planning and compliance, offering foreign tax credit planning, tax-efficient structuring, treaty analysis, and other strategies to minimize clients’ overall global effective tax rate.

Previously, Sheena was a partner at Gatto, Pope & Walwick, LLP (GPW), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.
