EXPERIENCE
Sirena is a partner and the national leader of Citrin Cooperman’s Government Contracting Industry Practice. She helps government contractors and technology companies on financial, operational and strategic initiatives that support growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Sirena specializes in providing advisory and accounting services to government contractors and technology companies. Drawing on more than two decades of experience serving government contractors, she serves as a business insight resource to management teams and business owners, guiding them through strategic initiatives including growth planning, mergers and acquisitions, transaction readiness, and operational improvement. Her focus is on delivering practical, value-driven solutions that help organizations achieve their business objectives and maximize long-term success.
She possesses deep knowledge of the government contracting marketplace, including FAR, CAS, SBA, and 8(a) requirements. Her experience includes outsourced CFO and accounting services, financial planning and analysis, proposal pricing, indirect rate strategies, accounting system implementation, DCAA compliance, incurred cost submissions, and accounting system reviews.
