Smija Simon is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Digital Transformation Practice. She is passionate about helping organizations drive long-term business success through alignment of strategy, business models, process architecture, organization models, and technology.

Smija is an experienced technology and management consultant whose skills range from developing and executing strategic plans, through to providing world-class project management to implement solutions. Having served as the business process lead for numerous clients across industries, she has a deep, technical understanding of business process, and the relationship between processes, operating models, and technology. Additionally, Smija specializes in assessing and executing process and technology improvement projects for complex environments.

Within the Technology ambit, Smija specializes in systems strategy and selection for companies in the mid-market, guiding clients through enterprise architecture decisions and technology vendor engagement.

Smija also brings strategic program management skills to the team, with experience in managing and delivering complex transformation projects.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman Smija was the founder and managing director of a boutique technology and management consulting firm, and was previously an engagement manager for a Fortune Global 500 management consulting and professional service firm.
