She is a seasoned administrative professional with over 25 years of experience in office management, billing and collections, and client service operations. Susan has been with the firm since 2016 and plays a key role in leading the daily operations of the Long Island offices, ensuring a productive and well-organized environment.

In her current role, Susan oversees the day-to-day operations of the Long Island offices, ensuring a well-organized, collaborative, and productive work environment. She brings extensive knowledge in managing administrative teams, coordinating internal processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Susan is also highly experienced in billing systems, collections, and back-office workflows, and has played a key role in streamlining procedures that improved turnaround times and reduced billing errors. She also serves as a mentor to junior administrative staff, playing a crucial role in training new hires.
