Tom has extensive experience within various industries, primarily focusing on professional services, technology, and construction. He provides tax, accounting, and advisory services to middle-market businesses and their shareholders. He has extensive knowledge and experience with tax issues affecting privately held businesses, ESOP-owned businesses, private equity-backed entities, and inventor- and entrepreneur-owned companies with multi-state and international operations, as well as high-net-worth individuals.

In addition, Tom assists companies and individuals with identifying tax strategies and provides proactive guidance to help comply-with the complex array of tax rules and regulations.
