EXPERIENCE
Tim is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s Digital Services Practice. He has more than 11 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions, with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, custom development, enterprise integrations, and emerging AI technologies. Tim leads teams of technical architects, senior developers, and forward deployed engineers, helping organizations translate complex business challenges into scalable, practical technology solutions. He holds 19 Salesforce certifications and is a Claude Certified Architect at the Foundations level.
Tim works with clients on complex digital transformation initiatives spanning Salesforce, enterprise integrations, data, and applied AI. He specializes in solutions that require significant technical architecture, integration across enterprise systems, or custom engineering, and frequently provides technical leadership from discovery and solution design through implementation and production deployment. Tim has served clients across industries including retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, hospitality, technology, and professional services.
Previously, Tim served as director of technical architecture at Rosetree Solutions, a Summit-level Salesforce consulting partner, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2026. In that role, he led Rosetree’s development organization and provided technical leadership across a broad portfolio of Salesforce client engagements. His experience across Salesforce, ERP, e-commerce, integrations, and custom application development provides him with a broad perspective on how enterprise systems work together to support an organization’s larger technology strategy.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Community Involvement
Tim is actively involved in his local community through youth soccer and his church. He coaches competitive youth soccer in the Chattanooga, TN area and volunteers with the children’s ministry at his church.
Outside the Office
Outside the office, Tim is deeply involved in youth soccer and has coached his two daughters’ competitive club teams for the past three years. He is a U.S. Soccer licensed coach with training across the 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 game formats. Tim is passionate about giving back through volunteer coaching and investing in players both on and off the field, helping them build skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lasting love of the game.
When he is not on the soccer field, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling with his family, exploring new technology, playing board games, and taking advantage of Chattanooga, TN’s outdoor activities.
