Todd is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s International Tax Services Practice. He leverages more than 25 years of experience to provide tax consulting and compliance services to his clients.
Todd provides services to multinationals, private equity funds, high-net-worth individuals, and closely held businesses across various industries. Todd specializes in international tax issues for both outbound and inbound clients. This includes structuring overseas investments, review of foreign information filings, subpart F, net CFC tested income (NCTI), foreign tax credit opportunities, cross board reorganizations, passive foreign investment companies (PFIC), withholding tax, and more. Todd has also presented international topics for various organizations such as Strafford/BARBRI and CalCPA.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Todd worked at a national firm and at a Big Four accounting firm.
