Tuan Le is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Tax Practice. He is an experienced tax professional with over 15 years of public accounting experience, specializing in corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance and consulting.

Tuan focuses on providing comprehensive tax services to clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, real estate, technology, professional services, and life sciences. His expertise includes U.S. and multistate corporate income tax compliance, international tax, and provision for income taxes (ASC 740) for both public and privately held companies. He also offers guidance on mergers and acquisitions, transaction planning, and technical tax research, helping clients navigate complex tax issues and identify strategic opportunities.

Tuan held tax leadership roles at several national and regional accounting firms, where he managed compliance and consulting engagements for middle-market and public clients. He began his career gaining extensive experience in federal, state, and international tax matters. Throughout his career, Tuan has been recognized for his ability to deliver practical solutions and mentor staff, contributing to client success and team development. Previously, Tuan was a senior tax manager at Gatto, Pope & Walwick, LLP (GPW), which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2025.
