Victor Wlodinguer is a consultant working with the firm’s Entertainment, Music, Media and Sports Practice. He has nearly four decades of experience in the areas of business management, tour accounting, and tax consulting. He advises some of the most renowned artists, composers, and touring acts in the music industry, as well as actors in film, theater, and television, writers, personal managers, agents, and production companies.

With a wealth of knowledge in addressing the needs of individuals, groups, and businesses within the entertainment industry, Victor provides clients with concierge-style business management solutions for all aspects of their professional and personal lives. His areas of expertise include business management, tour negotiations, and representation before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and other taxing authorities. He also advises on matters such as royalty administration, foreign tax issues, and audits.

Victor was a founding partner of the firm Wlodinguer, Erk & Company, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2010.
