Yuriy is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice and brings more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. He has supported clients with buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, leading more than 250 M&A transactions across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Yuriy has worked with multinational strategic and financial organizations to optimize, raise, preserve, and invest capital on a global scale. He has led transaction teams in a range of industries, including diversified industrial products, manufacturing, automotive, energy, construction, consumer products, TMT and healthcare.

He has provided due diligence support on both the buy and sell side, helping clients identify and mitigate risk, negotiate enterprise value, and evaluate normalized quality of earnings, net working capital, and closing indebtedness. Yuriy’s experience also includes supporting clients through divestitures and carve-outs, pre-IPO long- and short-form reporting, working capital reporting, developing strategic financial models, building and implementing short-term cash flow models, and conducting independent business reviews.

Before joining Citrin Cooperman, Yuriy held senior roles at top-tier financial advisory and management consulting firms, including over 15 years of experience with Big Four firm in the United States and internationally.
