Aaron Chaitovsky elected to the IFA Board of Directors
Aaron Chaitovsky, CPA, CFE, a co-leader in the firm’s Franchise Accounting & Consulting practice, has been elected to the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Board of Directors for the years beginning 2019 to 2023.
With more than 30 years’ experience, Aaron focuses on audit and consulting services for franchisors and multi-unit franchisees His work includes audits of financial statements, implementation of revenue recognition in regard to ASC 606, international tax structuring, expansion consulting, due diligence and acquisitions services, the structuring of royalty audit programs and advertising funds, and succession planning. Aaron is actively involved in the IFA and currently holds positions as a member of the IFA Budget and Finance Committee; First vice Chair of the Supplier Forum Advisory Board; member of the IFA membership committee; and member of the Task Force for Franchising in the Social Sector. Aaron’s commitment to the franchise industry is further demonstrated by his personal involvement as a member of the special task force organized by the IFA in connection with the FASB, to deal with and the impact of New Revenue recognition accounting standards and its impact on franchising.
