Experience
Ari is a partner based out of Citrin Cooperman’s Fort Lauderdale office. With over 23 years of public accounting experience, Ari provides strategic business and individual tax planning and compliance, as well as consulting and business advisory services to clients across a multitude of private industries.
Ari is known as a trusted advisor through his years in tax and business advisory, with a specialty in entity structures in specialized industries, such as healthcare, medical services organizations, commercial real estate investment, sales, and management, and an array of other closely held businesses. He has extensive experience in tax return preparation services for individuals, closely held businesses, and tax-exempt organizations. Early in his career, Ari spent several years in a dual role, where he provided both tax and audit and attestation services for closely held private companies, governments, and not-for-profits entities.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Ari was a tax partner at Keefe McCullough & Co, LLLP, which was acquired by Citrin Cooperman in early 2024. In this role, he was responsible for implementing best practices for the tax, small business, and advisory sector of the firm, and firm leadership. Ari fostered the development of a more team collaborative work experience through numerous and ongoing training and development sessions and an open-door policy. Ari regularly works with team members to ensure consistency in tax processes and procedures and maintains a rigorous quality control process.

Outside the Office
Ari lives in Parkland, Florida and loves traveling with his wife and their two children. He absolutely loves his time with his family, and when away from the office, can usually be found on a sports field for his son’s games, or at a swimming meet where his daughter is a competitive swimmer.
Ari is also an avid college football fan, with his favorite being his alma mater, Florida State University. His son was recently accepted and has committed to Florida State University, so the family will have an amazing reason to travel to Tallahassee regularly for the next four years.
