Eric is a managing director at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. With over 18 years of unclaimed property experience, Eric has represented clients ranging from small, privately held companies to Fortune 100 companies across various industries, such as manufacturing, not-for-profit, media, retail, and financial services.
He has assisted his clients in multiple areas, providing audit defense and voluntary disclosure agreement (VDA) assistance, diagnostic reviews, annual compliance, and the development of comprehensive policies and procedures. Eric has successfully assisted clients in audit defense and VDA engagements with the State of Delaware, establishing respectful and effective relationships with both state auditors as well as third-party auditors contracted by the state.
Previously, Eric was a director in the State and Local Tax Practice and leader of the unclaimed property service at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
