Joshua is the IT service desk director at Citrin Cooperman, with over 15 years of experience in IT service management, product management, and end user services. He excels in leading transformative initiatives, particularly in the realm of service desk operations and digital transformation.
With his specialization in IT service management, Joshua has led major initiatives across multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, and technology. His expertise includes centralizing service desk operations, enhancing knowledge management systems, and implementing strategic IT solutions to drive efficiency and operational excellence. Joshua’s notable achievements include leading the consolidation of Level 1 support teams for a Fortune 500 healthcare organization, which resulted in significant operational improvements. He also spearheaded the development of a technology strategy for a Fortune 100 financial institution and led a comprehensive help desk assessment that identified key opportunities for process maturity and operational enhancement.
Before his current role, Joshua was a manager in a Big Four firm's IT4IT practice, where he led numerous service management initiatives. Prior to that, Joshua held leadership roles at a revenue management technology provider geared towards healthcare organizations and spent his early career at a national accounting firm, which provided a strong foundation in IT support and knowledge management.

Josh serves as a board member for Out on Film, an Atlanta not-for-profit organization committed to showcasing LGBTQ+ films by, for, and about the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. He is also the co-festival director for Benteen Park Fall Fest, an annual festival that celebrates neighborhood culture and fosters community engagement in southeast Atlanta.
Outside the Office
Outside of the office, Joshua is a devoted dog dad to two hound dogs. He loves traveling and exploring the world with his husband, David, and they particularly enjoy going on cruises.
