Katlyn is a CPA, providing tax and consulting services to private clients in the real estate and construction industry. She specializes in multi-tiered pass through and real estate investment trust (REIT) compliance. Additionally, she has experience working on tax due diligence projects, entity structuring including entity formation and liquidation, and various other tax consulting projects.
