Michael is a director in the firm’s Business Advisory Solutions practice with over 10 years of experience providing accounting, tax and business consulting services to privately held companies. He has a specialized focus in servicing technology and early-stage start-up companies, and has a deep understanding of the intricacies of navigating the early stages of business development, securing funding, managing rapid growth and addressing the various tax and compliance concerns that often arise when launching a business.

Michael’s client base also spans across other industries including manufacturing & distribution, staffing, hospitality, professional services and construction. Michael prides himself on understanding the unique challenges and opportunities that each industry presents and tailoring solutions that drive his clients toward success. He believes in a client-centric approach and works closely with his clients to understand their personal and professional goals which enables him to assume the role of a trusted advisor.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman in 2018, Michael was a senior accountant at a Big Four accounting firm.
