Michelle is a director at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. Her vast experience includes overseeing billing, financial reporting, managing vendor relationships, managing office relocations, budgeting, office management, overseeing a customer service team, customer relationship management (CRM), practice management, and learning management system (LMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations.

Previously, Michelle was the director of practice administration at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. This role encompassed many duties, including looking for ways to create efficiencies across service lines, establishing policies and procedures related to work practices, streamlining current processes, and establishing and defining best practices across service lines. Michelle began her career as an auditor in a Big Four firm in Baltimore, MD and has over 20 years of progressively responsible experience in professional service firms. Before her time at Clearview, Michelle managed the finance and administration of an international consulting firm's state and local tax division.
