Steve Cardinali is a director within Citrin Cooperman’s Business Process Outsourcing Practice and has over 15 years of financial services and consulting experience. He is based out of the firm’s White Plains office.

As an outsourced chief financial officer for his clients, Steve defines and develops strategies in all aspects of accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax optimization, business processes, succession planning, and capital management. He provides a world-class problem-solving skillset by assessing risks and opportunities for his clients. By simplifying financial concepts, he helps clients make informed decisions.

Steve specializes in assisting the professional services industry with other industries of focus including the healthcare sector.

Steve began his career at Maier Markey & Justic LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. He became a senior manager providing business advisory services and was a key member of the firm’s senior management team with responsibilities that included leading the firm’s recruitment and staff development efforts.
