Kimberly Kraemer is a partner with 10 years of experience in accounting. She specializes in working with clients in the sectors of franchising, shipping and employee benefit plans to provide them with audit and consulting services. Her clients rely on her to consult in the areas of financial reporting, corporate structuring and internal controls.

As a member of the firm’s Franchising Practice, Kim spends the majority of her time working with and advising various franchisors and multi-unit franchisees of different sizes and industries on a number of diverse matters such as audit and attest services, corporate restructuring, Franchise Disclosure Documents, Royalty and Advertising Fund structure, franchisee benchmarking and improving internal controls.

Kimberly is also a member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Practice and has experience auditing single-employer and multi-employer defined contribution 401(k) plans and their unique regulatory and reporting requirements. She guides employee benefit plans to help ensure they are operating in accordance with their plan documents.
