Divorce & Matrimonial Disputes

We pride ourselves on providing meaningful and well regarded valuation opinions.

Our Valuation and Forensic professionals are well regarded by the matrimonial and family law bar, as well as by the Courts, in all of the financial aspects associated with divorce. We have been qualified as testifying experts for valuing business, as well as in the measurement of income and property for various jurisdictions including New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Connecticut courts.

We’re serious about results

While it is the requirement that all divorcing parties disclose their assets and earnings in preparing for the financial termination of a marriage, there are often allegations of unreported assets and/or income. Our highly accredited and qualified team has the necessary forensic skills and industry knowledge to locate and quantify non-disclosed assets and hidden income necessary in measuring each party’s true economic income, which of course, affects both maintenance and equitable distribution.

Broad industry knowledge is just one component of the skills we bring in providing for meaningful and accurate business valuations. We are second to none in providing meaningful and well regarded valuation opinions whether we are individually retained or Court appointed. Our valuation deliverables include formal “self-contained” reports, summary reports or, if Counsel wishes, we can present our economic modeling in a more informal settlement meeting.

Our services include:

  • Business Valuations
