Nicholas Florio, CPA
Partner
Nick provides business consulting and financial advice to a variety of closely held private businesses. He is an audit and accounting partner located in the firm’s New York City office. With over twenty years of experience in service businesses, Nick advises in the areas of valuation services, business consulting, and profitability analysis and helps clients with strategic corporate organization, as well as business and tax planning.
Nick is a long-standing member of the firm’s Executive Committee and heads up the firm’s Quality Control department. He also served as former co-chairman and founder of Premier International Associates, an international organization of accounting and business consulting firms founded by Citrin Cooperman in 1997.
He lectures extensively on various tax and business topics and is a frequent speaker on the financial aspects of running staffing companies and restaurants. A graduate of Pace University, Nick is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and is the past chairman of the Large- and Medium-Sized Firms Practice Management Committee of the NYSSCPA.
