New York (February 21, 2023) – Citrin Cooperman announced today the acquisition of the assets of Gold Gerstein Group LLC’s (GGG Voorhees) Voorhees, NJ operations. GGG Voorhees will join Citrin Cooperman with more than $6 million in revenue, 3 partners, and over 20 staff members. Focused primarily on providing tax, business advisory solutions, and attest work to commercial businesses and high net worth individuals, GGG Voorhees will become the third Philly metro location for Citrin Cooperman, rounding out the firms’ two established locations in downtown Philadelphia.

In addition to the Voorhees location, Gold Gerstein Group LLC has a location and related assets in Moorestown, NJ which are not included in this acquisition.
