Jessi serves as the regional Tax Practice leader for the New England offices with over 20 years of tax and accounting experience. She is skilled in tax consulting and specializes in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation in various industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction, real estate, and technology and life sciences.

Jessi has extensive experience reviewing and signing complex corporate, partnership, fiduciary, estate, gift, and individual income tax returns. She has offered guidance to her clients during all stages of their business’ growth and keeps them up to date on a variety of technical tax topics. Jessi has significant experience with tax credits, international taxation, venture capital, and business setup. She has consulted with clients on a variety of subjects including the CARES ACT (ERC, PPP applications, etc), state and local tax (SALT), and international tax (GILTI, FDII, High Tax Exception, etc.).

Previously, Jessi was a managing tax director at a large public accounting firm in Boston, MA.
