Kim is a partner with over 15 years of experience in accounting and consulting. She specializes in working with clients in the sectors of franchising and shipping to provide them with audit and consulting services. Her clients rely on her to consult in the areas of financial reporting, corporate structuring, advisory solutions and internal controls.

Kim is an integral member of the firm’s franchising committee and works with and advises franchisors and multi-unit franchisees of different sizes on a number of diverse matters and technical issues, such as assisting with Franchise Disclosure Document and review, Item 19 analysis, corporate structure, strategic tax planning and advisory solutions for their business operations. She works with franchisors and multi-unit franchisees of varying sizes and industries, including concepts in the fitness, beauty, mental health, supplemental education, QSR, and restaurant spaces.
