Stanley A. Goldis, a consultant, has more than 40 years of experience providing tax and business consulting and financial negotiation services to clients in a wide range of fields, including health care, law, and other service businesses.
Stanley works closely with his clients to maximize the value of their agreements with third parties through valuation and negotiation services. His range of expertise includes bank and IRS negotiations, structuring financing, developing pricing agreements, and negotiating acquisitions and sales.
For estate and succession planning, Stanley develops wealth preservation and growth strategies, helping clients to make critical decisions. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Stanley was the managing partner at a regional accounting firm.
