Experience
Tom is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Commercial Tax Services Practice. He has researched tax savings and benefits for individuals and corporations for claiming tax relief with foreign tax credits, utilizing tax treaties, and optimizing the choice of business entities. He is highly skilled in tax controversy matters, represents clients during IRS and Illinois Department of Revenue audits and appeals, and resolves collection problems.
