One of the ways that we can help break down barriers and create a more inclusive world is by seeking out and celebrating women’s achievements, which is why the continued advancement of women is one of the central tenets of our firm.

Citrin Cooperman committed to enhancing diversity and inclusion, particularly at the leadership level. We are dedicated to working with women to ensure that unconscious bias issues are addressed in order to better our firm, our profession, and our communities, and provide for an improved work life balance. We understand that we must continue building an environment that forces gender bias and inequality out.

Citrin Cooperman Empowering Diversity and Gender Equality (CC EDGE) strives to develop a culture that enables each individual to create the career that they want, based on a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace that provides for equal opportunity, fairness, and work-life flexibility. We create this culture by providing an environment for our people that encourages teamwork and collaboration combined with training and resources to develop their skills, so that they are empowered to be the best that they can be.

This January we launched our first Employee Resource Group, 'Citrin Cooperman Women in Support of Equality (CC WISE).' The primary objective of the group is to create an environment that will attract, develop, and retain powerful women in leadership roles within our organization.

Our firm is proud to recognize International Women’s Day – March 8, 2022. We support everything this day stands for! Our hands are raised to demonstrate our commitment to improving diversity and gender equality and creating a culture where everyone will #BreakTheBias.
